gut stuff

i think the other reviews say it all pedro

this tracks a big leap. finally some un-ashamed vocals. tom will definately love this one. its very much nicey.

its time to pack up the babies into a demo and start sending them to the devils!

the middle section vocal is my favorite. although the end section is lovely as well.

sleep for me.

yes!

cunning...

i really like the whole tone of this track. the piano chords have a crisp and distorted sounds, at the same time. the bass tones sounds wicked aswell.

its sounding really good for an early version.

nice one wagsypants, thanks for the idea of the mad offstep near the beginning. yeh, managed to find a setup using vst's which is super efficiant for getting that classic grimey squelch bass u do with reason (the one at the end of this track). yeh, straight 10's, what have u been smoking sonnyjim?

straight into the funk from the offset. more 404 funking around, crisp filter tones on this one. im not keen on the section after the acid line goes away first time round. the synth that takes its place is a bit drilling. but the main hook for this track is v good. ooo the halftime section makes that break synth sound much much better. still dont really like it but it suits halftime much better.

big respect for the funky acid style on this tune.

not so sure about the trance synth line that cannons around in the reverb, dont think it needed it.

cheese

/strokes cat.

she's listening intently.

cheesey funky electro, fun tune.

perhaps a bit too cheesey for me, i find this type of thing difficult, reminds me of idiots i used to know. i mean that in the best possible way tho. as always this track is loaded with great synths and full chords / harmonies. a nice track, just not my thing.

drama

moody intro, can see this building into something good.

funky pitched amen breaks.

the really modulated synth combined with the melody clashes really well and cause the melody to sound like its spinning. really smart idea. (i think ill steal that :)

this is a sort of trance dnb cross over track. the chords and emotion of the big string section is great.

dropping soon i guess...

yep :)

comes back in nicely with some filtering, the production is a little bit muddy in places, just because there is so much going on, the hi-hats tend to stick out way over the rest of the kit. makes the snares hard to notice.

uh oh, gabba kicks :)

ill stick it out just for the greater good :)

the track start to kick nicely when the tone snare kicks in, and the ambience is brilliant. the high pass synth is excellent aswell :) love that evil sounding nniiiiaaaoooowww threatening and stylish.

the drop is a little over crowded and chaotic, seems that the 2 synths are struggling for space with each other. even so, wicked synth tones.

ah yeh, the tetris melodies. hehe

dont really like this last drop either, the melody over the top doesnt suit the style of the rest of the track, the watery phase is brilliant tho.

ya

have to say im not looking forward to this :)

eurotrance aint my bag yana ?

strong 4/4 stomp groove. could see this being one of those ibiza type anthem tracks. it has all the hallmarks even down to the snare rushes.

it builds up well through each new section and keeps moving. seems you could write this crap in your sleep :D

not my thing but as ever still a great track

nice 303 arp-boink bass just before the end drop.

smoov

im sitting down, ready to lounge...here goes.

not what i was expecting from 'lounge dnb' uve done some interesting things here. ive heard the smoochey liquid dnb before but this has loads of character and your own style stamped all over it. the initial edits where the guitar and stabs join in sounds very different. really good.

toothpaste bass is nice and solid :)

mmmmMMMMMMWAAAh

allround this is a strange contrast of so many different elements but uve managed to keep them together.

it never reaches a truely catchy stage which it sounds like its trying to, the bassline is a little bit too loose and noodly. a little unsure of itself. for a genre where the bassleads this is a shame.

having said the negative things. i really like this track. smooth and stylish execution.

lick my scars

immediately reminds me of venetian snares breakbeat ripfest (although i hate the fact that he has cornered expectation of this style of mashup dnb / breakcore.)

nice loop wrecking on this track. dark a subtle brooding bass line swooshing around in the back ground. very dark.

a little unrefined in places compared to previous tracks ive heard. the drums could do with more change and roll here and there.

im being patient during the build up ambient section....

the high synth squeels are cool, some prodigy stylings to the lead line for sure.

the tone was set and things stayed around and about there for the rest of the track. great nonetheless

Not much to say, i joined NG to try and promote my music, so please check it out. http://www.newground..698445&sub=57981 thanks
