[Acidstepper]

boom bash

i love my acidbasslines so im intrigued by the description....

unappologetic boombash drums :) made me smile. then grains into the acid section.

has a nice roll to it. the stutters sound great, just enough melody and emotion to it. the sawtooth bass is a little no descript in amongst all of the noise on this track.

some interesting breaks into synthy weirdness in places on this track.

bit too unsubtle for my likeing in place, the boomf fbash boomf fbash was a overpowering.

not my favorite but still a solidly made track with good composition.

[Nihil Logic]

squelch

sharp synthy pops and cracks for the drums, sets the tone well. strange reverbed ambience swooping around, feels underwater-ish. lots of interesting sounds going on.

in amongst all the noise and weirdness is a nice ambient melody keeping the whole thing together and fair.

some of the more grimey synth noises sounds pretty crazy, brings a more industrial sound to the later parts of the tune.

nice percussion aswell.

brilliant end section where u started to play around with a granulizer and stretch the sounds around a bit more.

consistantly different and fresh, another great track.

was going to finish the review but i just reached the very end mashup, really stunning distortion and hard drums. shame it was short lived.

smart stutters

brilliant intro. screaming synth is excellent. the very first beat is a little skatty but the tramen that comes in soon after is cool.

i wasnt a big fan of the first squeely section but the break out and transfer into the grain bass section was smart and cheeky. impressive.

the panned stutter synth in the end section break down was fantastic. then introducing the glitch stutters before dropping it back was a nice element.

all round great

its nice to see some composition and not just loops blasting around.

woo wah

this is certainly crazy than your average, it sounds like some 1 has grabbed a 303 and shaken it really hard so bits of rubberband are flying around all over the place. cool tweaks. that 303 at the beginning certainly grows on u and has captures ur class well :) good track indeed.

the drums were a little muddy, i only mention this because it reminds me of my tracks in that respect.

allround entertaining track held my interest well.

quirky and strange.

ooo the squeeling bassline is brilliant aswell. woooWAAH woooWAAhhhwoooo

the fade in suits this track well. and a nice chill out vibe.

the drums are really solid and suit the character well.

lots of nice synths all around giving plenty of depth aswell. the organ part is really smooth.
nice interplay between the parts aswell.

oooo just got a little glitch tweak. go go fruit granulizer.

all round slick and calming track.

trance

as with laser demon, im not a trance fan by any stretch. but this track had nice emotion to it.

the background pad part was really nice and mellow.

all round this track has a nice emotive quality to it. he only thing that puts me off is the cliche trance boombapboombap beat.

but if u overlook that it has some really nice melodies behind it.

Really not my sort of thing the 4 to the floor stomp techno, having said that this track still takes my fancy for the synth work. the acid style ts404 was excellent. ur getting some cool tones out of it. and i love my acid :)

if u read this please check out my track cheekybastard, i think it may be your sort of thing.

weeeeeeeeee

lo-fi delay crazy. nice gentle wobble on this track. plops along nicely. its really chilled but doesnt just sit as a loop, its constantly moving forwards into new sections. simple and refined. very nice.

you're getting high scores off me again.

yes

THIS IS A STORMING TRACK. the filter bass has just the write amount of growl and wah to it. just the kinda of tracks i like. frantic. the mood is dark but in a good way. excellent stuff. gonna listen to it again now.

the first break out section where it drops to no reverb synth and just blasts on the drums and bassline really stands out. really like this one.

10 for this and out of all my reviews i dont give 10's often :D

summery glitch guitar, quite nice really. where did u sample this from i think i recognise it. im hoping a big beat will break in soon but i wont hold hopes. BUT WAIT! a nice solid beat. good man :D. i also really like the flute part swooping around. this has a nice boards of canada style feel about it. just in the short period of release on these tracks i can see massive improvements. theyre starting to sound great. keep em coming m8, ill check back regularly.
